I lead projects with a feel for design and aesthetics.

Product development, integrations and automation. Functionality comes first. Aesthetics matter just as much.

MY APPROACH

Work well. Look considered.

Considered product design, night light and electronic beats. Then mountains, nature and a different pace.

A personal perspective

I was born in December 1994 and grew up in a small village in the Nový Jičín area. After secondary school, where I studied information technology, I worked in a bank for a while, until circumstances turned.

What followed was a short detour: I moved to the United Kingdom for a year and tried my luck there. I came back after that year. I regret none of it and I am grateful for what it gave me.

Since 2018 I have been part of eurodata CZ. I started as one member of a team and worked my way up to leading several of them, and to keeping the company's processes running like clockwork. Ostrava has been my home base since the middle of 2024.

Coffee, matcha, good food and travelling, and a camera within reach. I let the world around me do the inspiring, and the gym is mostly there to clear my head.

In my own life I use AI as a second brain. I do not let it make the call; it speeds up my flow and takes over what can be automated, so there is time left for the things that are worth it.

Leadership and direction

Leadership and direction

Product and integration teams need a shared direction and room to do good work. I lead teams developing digital products and delivering integration and automation services.

Technology in context

Technology in context

Creative thinking, modern technology and AI come together around real business needs. The aim is less manual work, clearer information and processes that run smoothly, with oversight where it matters.

An eye for detail

An eye for detail

Clean design is a measure of quality, not a finishing decoration. It has always mattered to me that the work functions well, looks considered and, in the case of music, sounds good.

AREAS OF INTEREST

From an idea to implementation.

Product developmentFrom an idea to a validated digital product.

Digital products bring together technical thinking, people’s needs and clean design. Leading product teams gives these perspectives a shared direction, from an idea to implementation.

Integrations & automationLess manual work, more control.

Connected systems and well-designed processes reduce manual work. Integrations and automation should make day-to-day operations clearer, with oversight wherever it is needed.

Web & designFunctionality, clarity and a clean visual language.

Functionality and aesthetics are two parts of the same result. Experience in building websites and design is guided by clarity, visual restraint and carefully considered detail.

PhotographyArchitecture, portraits, products and travel.

Light, composition and visual detail give photography its character. From urban lines and the atmosphere of night scenes to nature and mountains. A selection of photographs appears below in the dedicated Photography section.

AI in practicePractical use without losing human oversight.

Meaningful use of AI starts with a specific need, not the technology itself. Knowledge bases, documentation and connected workflows help reduce repetitive work without losing necessary human oversight.

Leadership & deliveryDirection, accountability and strong delivery.

Good leadership connects business, people and technical teams. It turns needs into clear direction, maintains delivery accountability and continually validates that the result serves its intended purpose.

VISUAL WORK

Photography

Why I shoot

Photography preserves the emotion, atmosphere and singular character of a moment before it passes. Closest to my eye are architecture, portraits and travel photography, and with them city lines, night scenes and the mountains I keep going back to.

It always comes down to light and composition. When both land, the frame needs nothing else, and that is what I am there for.

How I work

I shoot on Sony and process the frames myself, so a scene keeps its own colour and mood. One frame that holds up beats a series of near misses.

I am open to collaborations in advertising, product and automotive photography. Write with a brief or just an idea; either is a place to start.

CV

Lukáš Granatier

Senior Manager

IT manager focused on adopting AI, B2B integration and operational systems. A creative at heart, with a feel for aesthetics and order.

What I do

I work where IT operations, B2B integration, operational systems and the practical adoption of AI meet. My part is not writing code as a developer would, but connecting business needs, process design and technical delivery.

I lead three teams, one on a product and the others on services, and what I am after is turning complexity into clearer ways of working, better structure and more dependable results. AI is a practical tool here, for information and documentation and for supporting decisions; I work with the frontier models ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

Away from work

Away from work I photograph, I travel and I walk in the mountains, which is where my head clears. The gym belongs to that too, and good coffee or a matcha.

Now and then I still put a track together: I used to make beats, and the habit never quite left. That ear for detail comes back to work with me.

I reach for AI every day: to find things in information, to write documentation, to get through the tasks that keep repeating. In my own time I am building a personal assistant on top of that, one that answers everyday questions and takes over what repeats. The time it gives back goes into the things that are worth it.

This site adds no analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded social content. Visits are measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics: it stores no cookie and nothing else in your browser, gives you no identifier and follows nobody across sites, which is why it never asks for consent. Privacy

Privacy and the contact form.

The contact form uses the name, email address and message that you choose to enter. Your phone number and social profile link are optional and are used only to get in touch. These details are not intended for newsletters or advertising. Do not include passwords, credentials or other sensitive information.

The message is delivered by Resend. To limit abuse, the server also temporarily processes a one-way, randomly keyed fingerprint of the network address; it does not store the address itself in this record and removes the record after the limit expires. The same request rate is watched by the Cloudflare hosting itself, which uses your network address as a counter; its answer is a yes or a no, and none of it is stored. Your browser may additionally send the site a report about a content security policy violation. The server writes one shortened line to its operational log from it, saying what was blocked and on which page, and stores nothing.

Who processes the data

The data controller is Lukáš Granatier, a private individual, email lukas@granatier.cz. The site is not operated as part of a business, so no registered address or company number is given here; if that changes, they will be added.

Why, and on what lawful basis

Details from the form are used only to answer your message and to discuss possible work together. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; where no contract is involved, Article 6(1)(f), my legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacts me. The one-way fingerprint of your network address is processed under Article 6(1)(f) to protect the form against abuse. The same basis covers the aggregate measurement of visits: I need to know which pages people read and how quickly those pages load, and I do it without cookies and without identifying anyone.
